The Work Measured

We don’t sell impressions.

The orchestra we market sold more season tickets by September than it did in ALL of last season. Here’s what that looked like:

Season tickets sold this season

Up from 390 for the entire prior season, and the season is still selling.

%

Organic reach in 90 days

83,878 organic views, while paid spend dropped 91%. More people, less money.

%

Of the audience is local

Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, and seven local towns, the people who can actually drive to the hall.

Reach only matters if it reaches the right people, and only counts if it sells something. We build the whole chain: the campaign, the site, the checkout so the numbers connect.

Who We Work For

You don’t need an agency. You need a marketing department.

Most of our clients have no marketing staff — a director wearing six hats, or a board that meets once a month. So we don’t hand you a logo and leave. We handle the whole thing.

Nonprofits & Arts Organizations

You’re selling tickets, chasing donors, and applying for grants with the same three volunteers. We take marketing off the board’s plate, and give you the numbers to prove it worked at the next meeting.

Typically: website, season campaigns, video, print, social management, audience reporting

Churches & Ministries

Your staff is answering the same twenty questions every week and your website was built by someone who left in 2019. We build sites people can actually use, and we keep them running so you don’t have to think about it.

Typically: website design, ongoing maintenance, AI assistants, campaign graphics, print

Professionals & Businesses

You’re the product. The site has to earn trust before anyone picks up the phone — in one visit, usually on a phone, often at 11pm. That takes copy as much as design.

Typically: brand identity, website, copywriting, business cards and collateral

Selected Work

Nine projects. Ask us about any of them.

We’d rather show you a few things properly than show you thirty thumbnails. Each of these has a full write-up: what the problem was, what we built, and what happened after.

Conroe Symphony Orchestra

Full marketing partner · Web · Video · Social · Print · Analytics

A 29-season community orchestra that had outgrown its own website. We rebuilt the marketing from the survey data up — and they sold more season tickets by September than in prior years.

Rezoom Health & Wellness

Brand · Website · Print · Copy

Trauma-informed coaching for first responders and their families. The hard part wasn’t the design, it was finding language emergency responders would trust.

His Radio

Campaign design · retainer

Every month they send a list. Every month we send back a campaign. Twelve months of consistent brand work without twelve separate scoping calls.

Rise Up

Brand refresh · Website · Print · Copywriting

A nonprofit speaking to two audiences at once: the women it serves and the donors who fund it. We gave each one its own front door.

Solaris Private Wealth Management

Brand refresh · Logo · Website · Print collateral · Social

When a firm’s entire pitch is fiduciary trust, every piece has to say the same thing. Refreshed logo, new palette, and a brand system carried through the website, the print collateral, and the social profiles, because inconsistency reads as carelessness, and carelessness is disqualifying when you’re handling someone’s retirement.

EnvirOSH Services, Inc

Website redesign · Rebrand · Custom icons

Nationwide environmental safety and health consulting. When the stakes are regulatory, the site has to communicate competence in about four seconds.

Harvest Community Church

Website · AI Assistant

The office was answering the same twenty questions every week. Now the website answers them, at 11pm on a Saturday, when people actually ask.

Book Design & Production

Cover design · Interior layout · Typesetting · Print production

Covers, interiors, typesetting, and press-ready files, the part most self-publishing authors discover too late that they needed.

Late Nite Tattoos

Website redesign SEO

We rebuilt the site around age verification, licensing disclosure and a privacy framework listing. Design problems are sometimes legal problems wearing a costume.

We also handle ongoing website maintenance and hosting.

Who You’ll be working with

There’s no one to hand you off to.

Trahan Design is Rob and Laura Trahan. That’s the whole agency.

You won’t meet a salesperson and then get passed to a junior designer you never hear from again. You won’t wait three days for an account manager to relay a question. When you call, one of us picks up — and whoever picks up already knows your project.

Over twenty-five years in, we’ve split the work the way it makes sense.

Rob Trahan

Rob Trahan

Creative Genius

Rob is the one who makes things beautiful. Design, video, and the website builds — he learned that last one on a college campus twenty-five years ago and never stopped. His degree is in leadership, his day job is creative manager at RBA, and his years in ministry are why church work comes naturally to him. He’s the steady one.

Laura Trahan

Laura Trahan

Wordsmith

Laura is the one who makes things land. A journalist by training, she writes the press releases, the social posts, the web copy, and the campaign messaging; and she’ll push back on a concept that looks good but doesn’t say anything. By day, she works as an AI Trainer constantly learning new technological advances.

Between design that earns attention and words that earn trust, we’ve got both covered under one roof.

It is a small operation on purpose. That is why nothing falls through.
